About My Practice
Vareeja is a certified music therapist and mandolin player and a gifted intuitive tarot card reader. She has studied yoga from the oldest yoga centers in the world -- The Yoga Institute. She has done her Visharad in vocal Indian classical music.
She is an engineer and a Master of Philosophy with yoga as her specialization.

Laughter yoga is a set of exercises to evoke innate laughter. It is a great cardiovascular exercise. It improves overall blood circulation and helps release feel-good hormones called as endorphins. Using a holistic approach and tailoring the program to suit individual needs, I wish to spread laughter throughout the world.
